As a singer David has a reputation as a confident performer specialising in the performance of Oratorio. With his large vocal range and flexibility of singing, David finds himself in demand to perform a huge variety of music, especially that with extremities of register.
David is also much in demand as an ensemble singer and has worked under some of the countries leading choral conductors. David sang as a lay clerk at the Metropolitan Cathedral and Basilica of St. Chad, Birmingham between 2010 and 2018 and before that as a choral scholar at Leeds Cathedral.

David has sung extensively throughout the UK and Europe and appears regularly on CD, radio and television broadcasts.
Notable performances have included Duruflé’s Requiem in Westminster, J.S.Bach’s Johannes-Passion with Ensemble Vocal Motéclair and Violons du Roy in several performances around Dijon and Anya, a newly commissioned composition by Jonathon Girling for the musicians of the Royal Shakespeare Company.
